I'm fine now. I was in the Infirmary for a day and since then I've been going between classes and a gross amount of "chores." I'm waiting for them to tell me to start serving people next. I appreciate the support so many people gave us, but I'd like to ask people to be more careful in the future please. I can't condone people getting hurt when they don't need to.

It's lovely being back. The shamrocks are gone, but the awful memories are still here. There's a green smudge on my bedspread, but I'm sure that'll be fixed up easily. The weather doesn't seem awful, but I'm more accustomed to Scotland than most I feel. I'm ready to get back to studying and to work on my N.E.W.T.S regime once more. I advise everyone to keep up on their studies or it will bite you in the bum.

I almost forgot how awfully my grandfather speaks. Not awful exactly, but you can certainly tell he hasn't left Scotland since he was a lad.
I'm sorry that not everyone could go home, but you will. This messy business can't last much longer. Anyone who stayed at school was smart to do it. You're all going to be safer there, much safer. If there's anything anyone needs, just ask. I'll do my best.

Those clovers are all over my hair brush this morning and my sock drawer. This is not funny. Could everyone please not step on them? It's getting quite annoying and there's only so much a sane person can take, you must realise this. Not that I believe there are many sane people left in this school. If I see any of these plants at practice in any way that seems at all purposeful, you're flying laps, then running, and then lunging. This is your warning.

Impressive game. We'll be practicing hard still, don't you worry Gryffindor. My team will be ready, but we always are. The weather's perfect for extra practices and maybe a scrimmage between the first string and reserves. I think it'd be useful for whoever takes the mantel after I graduate. I can't say I know who that should be yet, but I'm watching. Professor Flitwick relies heavily on my opinion for this, as he did the captain before me and so on.
I'm glad holidays that involve dances are finished. We don't need anymore of that nonsense. I'm also glad the spring holiday is coming soon. I think we all need a break. I know I do. Don't let the hols take your mind of things. I don't want any of my players coming back to full to function.
NEWTS are coming up, OWLS for others of us and I hope we can all buckle down for these. I trust my team will do well with their exams and if anyone has trouble with their classes please see me. I'll help you get in with Flitwick or I'll find you a tutor myself. I want us to excel in both the classroom and the Pitch! That's precisely how Ravenclaw should be.
